Apartment cleaning checklist
The same standard every time — whoever is on the team. We attach this list to the contract and follow it in every apartment.
Kitchen
- Polishing glassware and arranging it neatly in cabinets and drawers
- Cleaning the fridge (freezer)
- Tidying and washing cutlery and dishes
- Cleaning countertops and kitchen cabinet fronts
- Cleaning the oven
- Cleaning chairs and the dining table (incl. legs) and skirting boards
- Cleaning appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher)
- Washing appliance filters, incl. the dishwasher
- Removing cobwebs and cleaning air vents
- Collecting rubbish, cleaning bins and fitting new bags
- Washing and vacuuming floors
- Descaling and cleaning pots and pans
Bathroom
- Washing and polishing fittings
- Cleaning toilets and bidets
- Cleaning drains (caustic soda)
- Cleaning washing-machine drawers, seals and drums
- Cleaning radiators
- Cleaning the shower (polishing the glass)
- Cleaning mirrors
- Washing skirting boards
- Wiping and washing tiles and bathroom furniture
- Washing and vacuuming floors
Bedroom
- Vacuuming
- Washing skirting boards
- Removing cobwebs
- Vacuuming beds and the space beneath them
- Wiping bedside lamps
- Wiping bedside tables
- Changing bed linen from dirty to clean

Reporting defects and shortages
We promptly inform the owner of any damage or shortages noticed in the apartment — with a photo and the apartment number.
Restocked every time
- Bin bags
- Toilet paper — min. 2 rolls
- Dish soap and hand soap
- Paper towel — 1 roll
- Dishwasher tablets
- Toiletries in a quantity matching the number of guests
- Sponges and cloths — 1 each
- Dishwasher salt and rinse aid — check and refill
